Flag Order Form
On Saturday, August 7, 1999, the 4th Annual American Cancer Society's Little Creek Cup and 1st Chesapeake Bay Poker Run will take place in the Chesapeake Bay. In memory and honor of loved ones and friends who have had cancer, commemorative Little Creek Cup and Chesapeake Bay Poker Run flags will be available.You do not need to be an actual participant in the event to take part in this tribute. With your donation, you have a choice of purchasing a generic '99 Little Creek Cup or Chesapeake Bay Poker Run flag or personalizing the flag with "in honor of" or "in memory of" an individual's name. Captains can pick their orders up durring the captain's pre-race party, and all other flags will be available for pick up on the day of the race.
To recieve your order in time for the race, complete and return this form with a check made payable to the American Cancer Society by July 16, 1999. Orders recieved after this date may not be available by race day.
The flags this year are 18 x 24 blue penants.
