Underwriting/Advertising Opportunities
Event Brochure $2,000
Extremely creative and professional, the event brochures will be placed in hundreds of businesses in Hampton Roads, and be mailed to over 1,000 individuals. The brochure will also serve as a marketing and promotional tool throughout the year. It will be used frequently when meeting with new underwriters and sponsors to illustrate the quality of our event. Your company�s name and/or logo will be prominently displayed in the event brochure* (with additional recognition as the brochure underwriter), the event program,** and on signage at the Event.
Beverages $2,000
Beer and wine stations will be set up for the pre and post-race parties and awards ceremony for our guest�s pleasure. These are favorite gathering places for our guests and provide a great opportunity for an Underwriter to be noted for their generosity as your company�s name and/or logo will be prominently displayed at each station. You will also receive name recognition in the event program.**
Event Program $1,700
The event program will be distributed to the over 1,000 Little Creek Cup Regatta & Chesapeake Bay Poker Run attendees. Our program highlights the event schedules and all of our sponsors and advertisers, as well as describing activities the event funds through American Cancer Society. The program will also serve as a marketing and promotional tool throughout the year. It will be used frequently when meeting with new underwriters and sponsors to illustrate the quality of our event. Your company�s name and/or logo will be prominently displayed in the event program** (with additional recognition as the program underwriter), and on signage at the Event.
Memorial/Honor Flags $1,500
Little Creek Cup Regatta memorial and honor flags are a method for our community to honor loved ones who have succumbed to cancer and those who have fought the valiant fight and won. Personalized flags are ordered in honor or memory of family/friends, and are flown from the participants� boats for years to come. The flags display the Little Creek Cup Regatta logo, memorial/honor name, and will also be imprinted with your company�s name and/or logo.++ You will also receive name recognition in The event program** and on signage at the event.
Your company�s underwriting of the post-race band that will play from 6:00 p.m. till the awards ceremony, and then through the night will entitle you to special recognition at the event with your company�s name and/or logo displayed on the stage. You will also receive name recognition in the event program** and on signage at the event.
Souvenir T-shirts $1,000
Our signature gift and promotional item will be event T-shirts. Two different shirts will be available, a Little Creek Cup Regatta shirt and a Chesapeake Bay Poker Run shirt. Each captain will receive a T-shirt as a souvenir, and they will be available for purchase by all event attendees. The T-shirt will display the Little Creek Cup logo and our top three sponsors� logos, along with your company name and/or logo****. You will also receive name recognition in the event program** and on signage at the event.
Pre-race Band $800
Your company�s underwriting of the pre-race band that will play after the Captains� meeting through the night will entitle you to special recognition at the event with your company�s name and/or logo displayed on the stage. You will also receive name recognition in the event program** and on signage at the event.
Souvenir Tote Bags $800
A premier gift and promotional item, these handsome embossed canvas tote bags with the Little Creek Cup logo arid flagship sponsor�s logo will also be imprinted with your company�s name and/or logo.*** They will be filled with additional gifts for our captains and given to them the day of the event. You will also receive name recognition in the event program** and on signage at the event.
Rentals $400
Your company�s contribution will underwrite the expense for rentals necessary to insure the success of the event. Rentals are essential for seating, serving, and entertaining the capacity crowd for the Event. You will receive name recognition in the event program** and on signage at the event.
